Peterloo 12’’

To commemorate the 200th anniversary of the Peterloo Massacre in Manchester in 2019 I made a design with messages relevant to the present. The original was printed on a handkerchief, based on the original in the People’s History Museum and features references from the John Rylands Library, the Working Class Movement Library and MCR Museum. My hanky is in the Ryland’s Library and currently a copy is on display.

Upon request I have printed a smaller version on card. This item is screenprinted in black on white card, cut to 12 inch so it will fit in a standard record sleeve frame.

Each screenprint is signed and dated.
